Abstract:The study problem was represented in the weakness of interest of industrial establishments’ to apply of quality affecting on competitive advantage for their products. The study aimed to test the relationship between the costs of quality and the competitive advantage in the Sudanese industrial establishments. The study reached several findings is: the factory working on design and developing the products for the purpose of reducing the cost of products to ensure its conformity with standards’, the factory can do to ensure it’s the products without zero defects for reducing of the products returned. The study recommended several recommendations: the most important of which are: Increasing interest in training and developing workers and providing them with the necessary skills to reduce defective production due to its positive impact on competitive advantage, increasing competitiveness through interest in uncovering defects Operating and supporting laboratory tests before the transition from one stage to another in the production process with the aim of developing and improving the product
