<p><strong>Abstract:</strong><strong>The Prison Literature in the Hambata Poetry in the Sudan (</strong>Hambata was a group of Sudanese poets who were similar to the saalik Poets of the Pre- Islamic Period<strong>.</strong></p> <p>This research aimed to study the literature of the Hambata poets and to know their psychological conditions and sufferings through their poetry and literature when they were in prison. It also aims to study their most important moral and social values in their poetry and literature. The importance of this study stems from the comparison of the Hambata poets with the Saalik Poets of the pre-Islamic Period. The study includes the study of literature written in the prison through models taken from the pre- Islamic Period till the modern age. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology, in describing and analyzing this phenomenon. The researcher has reached a number of findings. Among which is that poetry written in the prison is the most since purpose of poetry and the nearest in describing the psychological conditions of the poet. The Hambata poets had proved bearing (pain and suffering) patiently in prison. Moreover, the prison did n’t deter them from practicing their favorable hobby which was Hambeta (Robbery). Sometimes the poet used to yearn in his prison for the lives of freedom, Hambeta and dancing parties. The researcher concludes his research with a number of recommendations. Among which is the study of the educational and moral values which the Hambata poets in Sudan called for. Also the necessity of studying the psychological and social origins of the Hambeta phenomenon. Moreover, The researcher recommends that the linguists should do research on the language and words of the Hambata poets because they are fertile fields for linguistic and contrastive studies.</p>Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed Hamza

<p>Abstract:Selecting and Training the Educational Supervisor at the Basic Level in Sinnar State in the Light of Contemporary Trends of Supervision</p> <p>This study aimed at identifying the criteria of selecting and training the Educational Supervisor at the basic level in Sinnar State in the light of the contemporary trends for supervision. The researcher followed the descriptive method and used the questionnaire as a tool. The research population was comprised of (172) male and female supervisors from which the researcher chose (80) supervisors randomly as a sample. The data were analyzed by the (SPSS) using the T-test and the mono-variance analysis. Some of the important findings were: The responses of the educational supervisors concerning the criteria of selecting and employing the supervisor at the basic level were of a moderate degree. Those of training the supervisor were of a low degree. There were significant statistical differences among the opinions of the educational supervisors concerning the selection and training at the basic level due to gender, years of experience and the scientific qualification. The recommendations stressed revising the selecting and employing the educational supervisors in the light of the contemporary approaches, considering the ability of the educational supervisor in using the computer, giving him the employment after passing a written test then a personal interview, assigning a training center prepared technically for training the educational supervisors.</p>Neamat Mohamed Mohamed Nimr

<p>Abstract:The study was titled (Espionage in the Era of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mansour and Its Impact on the State Security), where the study dealt with the concept of espionage in language and convention, as well as espionage in the Abbasid State. The objectives pursued by the study were numerous, the most prominent of which is the study of the work of spies during the reign of Caliph Al-Mansour, and their role in solving the problems that he faced. The problem of the study lies in identifying the role of spies in confronting the revolutions that took place during the reign of Caliph Al-Mansour. The study followed the historical, descriptive and analytical method. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that espionage played a major role in consolidating the pillars of the Abbasid State during the period of the succession of Aba Jaafar Al-Mansour. <p>Abstract: <br>This Study aimed at exploring IQ levels among the monozygotic and dizygotic twins at basic and secondary schools of Khartoum state, and finding out the nature of the relationship between intelligence and some demographic variables. The researcher used the descriptive method. The standard progressive Matrices (SPM) test was applied on a purposive sample of (60) monozygotic and dizygotic, (30) monozygotic, (30) dizygotic, (16) males and (14) females, from private basic and secondary schools, their age range was between (11– 17) years old. The statistical tools used were: Man-Whitney test, tow independent samples (T) test and Spearman correlation coefficient. The study found the following results:</p> <ol> <li>There are no statistically significant differences in IQ levels between monozygotic and dizygotic twins,</li> <li>There are no differences in intelligence among twins due to gender.</li> <li>There is no significant correlation between intelligence and the variables of head diameter, birth order and relative relation among monozygotic twins.</li> <li> <p>In conclusion, the researcher recommended the following: applying methods and practical programs that help increase IQ levels, and preparing stimulating environment. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> <p>The use of Modern Technology In Training and its Role in Raising the Efficiency of the Employees' Performance in the Sudanese Sugar Company</p> <p>This study is concerned with the role of using modern technology in training to raise the efficiency of the employees' performance in the Sudanese Sugar Company.The problem of the study was to identify the role of the use of modern technology in the training process in raising the efficiency of the performance of the employees of the Sudanese Sugar Company, and to know the main obstacles that prevent the benefit of training programs.the study based on the hypotheses that there is statistically significant relationship between the use of modern technology in training and raising the efficiency of the employees' performance of the Sudanese Sugar Company. The importance of this study stems from the use of modern technology in training increases the efficiency of the training programs and achieves the objectives of training in developing capacity, developing skills, increasing knowledge and improving performance. The objective of this study was to know the role of using modern technology in training to raise the efficiency of the employees' performance of the Sudanese Sugar Company.The analytical, descriptive and statistical methods are used in this study. The study ended by some results, the most important of these are: the Sudanese Sugar Company uses information technology in planning training, forecasting training needs, provided training programs characterized by precision design and implemented by the advanced training institutions using modern technology methods and using modern scientific methods in providing the training material to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Sudanese Sugar Company applies the scientific bases in the training but does not care about evaluating the training programs and determining the return of them. The study recommended that the company shoud work to create an advanced and attractive work environment to maintain skills that have been trained, and to take care about the evaluation of training programs using modern scientific terminology to know the actual value of the training process and to make maximum use of the capabilities available at (Sennar Training Center) and to establish smart partnerships with local and regional universities to provide educational and training services.</p>Alelish Mohammed Al-HassanWidad Mostafa Mohamed

The study aimed to test the relationship between the costs of quality and the competitive advantage in the Sudanese industrial establishments. The study reached several findings is: the factory working on design and developing the products for the purpose of reducing the cost of products to ensure its conformity with standards’, the factory can do to ensure it’s the products without zero defects for reducing of the products returned. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong>The Role of Planning budgets in Monitoring and Evaluating the Financial Performance of Universities (A field study on a sample of Sudanese Universities).The problem of the study represents in identifying the role of planning budgets in evaluating the financial performance of the Governmental Sudanese Universities. The study aimed to discover the extent of universities commitment in using planning budgets in monitoring and evaluating the financial performance. The study followed analytical and descriptive method. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and the (One Sample T-test) were used to test the hypotheses. The study concluded these findings: The optimal use of the planning budgets system helps higher education institutions to achieve the efficiency of financial monitoring. The absence of the proper planning element in preparing planning budgets creates deviations and negatively affects the efficiency of the planning budget in evaluating financial performance. <p><strong><span class="HwtZe" lang="en"><span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">The people of knowledge were divided in invoking the hadith of the Prophet, considering it the second source of the sources of Islamic legislation, into three schools of thought: those who absolutely prohibit it, those who allow it absolutely, and the average ones.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">And from directing our issue, that the pronoun of the matter is often omitted, so the meaning was: (He has two rewards) and he dragged it with blame in a manner of repetition, which is the aspects, and God knows best.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">The efforts exerted by scholars, and not insignificant, in one issue is evidence of the greatness of this sacred tongue and its breadth of meanings.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">Researchers should not stop diving into the depths of this language that God has honored with sanctity, to serve the Book of God and understand its meanings, and the Sunnah of our Chosen Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, his family, and his companions, considering it the second source of legislation.</span></span></span></strong></p>Ismail Khedr Khalafallah
