The use of Modern Technology In Training and its Role in Raising the Efficiency of the Employees' Performance in the Sudanese Sugar Company
This study is concerned with the role of using modern technology in training to raise the efficiency of the employees' performance in the Sudanese Sugar Company.The problem of the study was to identify the role of the use of modern technology in the training process in raising the efficiency of the performance of the employees of the Sudanese Sugar Company, and to know the main obstacles that prevent the benefit of training programs.the study based on the hypotheses that there is statistically significant relationship between the use of modern technology in training and raising the efficiency of the employees' performance of the Sudanese Sugar Company. The importance of this study stems from the use of modern technology in training increases the efficiency of the training programs and achieves the objectives of training in developing capacity, developing skills, increasing knowledge and improving performance. The objective of this study was to know the role of using modern technology in training to raise the efficiency of the employees' performance of the Sudanese Sugar Company.The analytical, descriptive and statistical methods are used in this study. The study ended by some results, the most important of these are: the Sudanese Sugar Company uses information technology in planning training, forecasting training needs, provided training programs characterized by precision design and implemented by the advanced training institutions using modern technology methods and using modern scientific methods in providing the training material to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Sudanese Sugar Company applies the scientific bases in the training but does not care about evaluating the training programs and determining the return of them. The study recommended that the company shoud work to create an advanced and attractive work environment to maintain skills that have been trained, and to take care about the evaluation of training programs using modern scientific terminology to know the actual value of the training process and to make maximum use of the capabilities available at (Sennar Training Center) and to establish smart partnerships with local and regional universities to provide educational and training services.
